Scott Trainum
CEO
Scott Trainum is the Founder and CEO of the Trainum Group. He has 35 years of experience in management consultancy, primarily practicing as an accountant and financial advisor for local and regional firms. Throughout Scott’s career, he has led and developed organizations at the highest level, including being CEO of the International Communications Group. Also, Scott has previously served as Chairman and consultant to Adkins Energy LLC and sat on several boards such as the Board of Renewable Fuels Association and Chippewa Valley Ethanol Company.
Scott has over 30 years of experience in student housing development, commercial real estate, and plant development, primarily Ethanol plants in the Midwest. Furthermore, Scott has served as an Adjunct Professor at the College of William and Mary, Business School. Scott is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a qualified CPA.
